Flash was formed in 2018 to capitalize on opportunities in digital media to create unparalleled value. Our initial focus is to acquire automotive, transportation, and EV/AV related digital media properties, then optimize revenue models through our proprietary playbook that combines the fundamental notions of traditional publishing with that of the new tech enabled media landscape. This initial focus allows us to understand the audience and deliver engaging content — building on foundational media revenue alongside transformational revenue sources.
